Job OverviewTitan Laser Tech & Solutions is looking for a skilled and dedicated Technical Engineer to handle laser machine manufacturing, assembly, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and after-sales service. The candidate will work with the technical team to ensure proper machine functioning and provide technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Laser Machine Manufacturing & Assembly

- Assist in manufacturing, assembly, wiring, and integration of industrial laser machines.
- Understand machine components, electrical systems, mechanical assemblies, and control systems.
- Support machine testing, quality inspection, and final commissioning before dispatch.
- Work with the production team to resolve technical issues during machine assembly.

2. Installation & Commissioning

- Install and commission laser machines at customer locations.
- Perform machine setup, alignment, parameter configuration, and operational testing.
- Train customers on machine operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures.
- Prepare installation and commissioning reports.

3. Service & Maintenance

- Attend customer service calls and diagnose machine faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of laser machines.
- Identify issues related to laser sources, control systems, scan heads, optics, chillers, motors, and electrical components.




- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Maintain service records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Technical Support & Customer Handling

- Communicate professionally with customers regarding technical issues.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and service teams.
- Visit customer sites for installation, demonstrations, machine inspections, and service requirements.
- Provide technical feedback and recommend suitable solutions.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, and industrial machinery.
- Understanding of laser machines and CNC systems will be an advantage.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer installations and service visits.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- CNC Controllers, motors, drives, and industrial cooling systems
