About SpacePro Furniture

SpacePro Furniture is a modular furniture manufacturing company focused on delivering thoughtfully designed, precision-manufactured furniture for modern homes and commercial spaces. We combine design, technology, and manufacturing to create functional, aesthetically appealing, and practical interiors.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can translate client requirements into professional 3D designs, accurate production drawings, and manufacturing-ready furniture specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Design & Space Planning

- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, bedrooms, living rooms, study areas, and other furniture solutions.

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, space constraints, and budgets.

- Develop functional layouts with attention to aesthetics, ergonomics, and space utilisation.

- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D visualisations, renders, and design presentations.

2. Technical Drawings & Manufacturing

- Prepare detailed furniture drawings with accurate dimensions and measurements.

- Create manufacturing-ready drawings, panel details, and cutting specifications.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and machine-manufacturable.

- Specify boards, laminates, edge bands, hardware, finishes, and accessories for each project.





- Ensure all approved design specifications are clearly documented before production begins.

3. Material & Project Coordination

- Maintain accurate records of client-approved materials, colours, laminates, textures, and hardware.

- Prepare material schedules and project-wise furniture specifications.

- Coordinate with the production manager, machine operators, and installation team.

- Resolve design-related issues during manufacturing and installation.

- Make revisions based on client feedback and ensure the final design matches the approved specifications.

4. Client Coordination

- Understand client requirements and present suitable design concepts.

- Explain material options, finishes, layouts, and furniture configurations.

- Incorporate revisions while maintaining design feasibility and project budgets.

- Ensure smooth communication between the client, design team, and production department.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent.

- Strong understanding of modular furniture design and space planning.

- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates,



edge banding, hinges, drawer channels, and modular hardware.

- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings with accurate dimensions.

- Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and installation requirements.

- Good communication, visualisation, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

We would especially value someone who:

- Has experience working with modular furniture manufacturers or interior execution companies.

- Understands CNC or machine-based furniture production workflows.

- Can independently handle a project from initial layout to final production drawings.

- Pays close attention to material selection, measurements, detailing, and documentation.

- Is proactive, organised, and comfortable coordinating with production teams.
