We are looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate with experience in bakery, pastry or dessert production.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily ice cream and paleta production as per standard recipes.
- Prepare and weigh ingredients accurately.
- Maintain the production lab, equipment and workstations.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and food safety.
- Manage raw materials, stock and wastage.
- Handle freezers and blast chillers properly.
- Maintain product quality and consistency.
- Take responsibility for daily lab operations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of bakery, pastry or dessert production experience preferred.
- Hotel Management qualification preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn ice cream and paleta production.
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month, based on experience.
