Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Associate Lead to support B2C and D2C logistics operations, client coordination, and shipment performance. The candidate will coordinate with clients and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment movement, timely deliveries, and efficient issue resolution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate B2C and D2C logistics activities and daily shipment operations.
- Work closely with clients, e-commerce sellers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, RTO, and SLA adherence.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain trackers using MS Excel.
- Handle client queries, escalations, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to improve delivery performance.




- Track operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Support client onboarding and maintain effective client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and client requirements.
- Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or last-mile operations.
- Basic understanding of B2C and D2C logistics processes.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work setting.
- Experience in client coordination or logistics operations is preferred.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with experience in logistics companies, courier services, e-commerce platforms, or D2C brands will be preferred.
