POSITION 1: Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller - (Immediate Hiring) About The Role:

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller who can convert leads into site visits through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call Target: Minimum 150 calls per day mandatory
- Weekly Structure: 4 days for fresh calling, 2 days for follow-up & quotation clients
- Daily Routine: First 1 hour (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM) strictly for follow-up calls
- Lead Conversion: Convert calls into meetings - Minimum 1 meeting scheduled per week
- Maintain all call records and lead status in CRM / Google Sheet
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Sunday Working: Eligible for 1 extra day salary OR Compensatory Off

Salary & Advantages:

- Office Based:



Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 15,000 per month + Incentives
- Work From Home: Rs. 6,000 - Rs. 10,000 per month

IncentivesIncentive Structure (Per Site Lead Generated):

- 1 to 5 Leads: Rs. 2,000
- 5 to 10 Leads: Rs. 3,00010 to 15 Leads: Rs. 4,000
- 15 to 20 Leads: Rs. 5,000
- Above 20 Leads: Rs. 10,000

Requirements:Good communication in Tamil & English

- Must be comfortable with high-volume calling
- Fresher or 0-2 years experience can apply
- Laptop / Smartphone with good internet for WFH

POSITION 2: Business Development Executive

- Same call targets + Attend client meetings & site visits
- Two-wheeler preferred

Salary: Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 25,000 + Petrol Allowance + Incentives
