Role Description The Voucher/Gift Cards Sales Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving sales of vouchers and gift cards to corporate and individual clients. In this role, you will identify prospective customers, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings, and present suitable voucher and gift card solutions based on client needs.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams on pricing and promotions, following up on inquiries, handling basic customer queries,



and ensuring timely order processing. You will also monitor market trends, contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets, with a potential salary up to 8 LPA based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Experience in selling vouchers, gift cards, or similar products (e.g., loyalty programs, corporate rewards, or retail offerings) is highly beneficial.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, with clear, qualified spoken and written English.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic data tracking or reporting for sales performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills and a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Prior experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, e-commerce, or financial services is an added advantage.
