SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Voice Recording & Telephony Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting voice/telephony platforms, call recording solutions, and communication archiving systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills along with good communication abilities.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Voice Technology and Telephony.
- Strong experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM).
- Experience with voice recording platforms such as NICE, IPC, Verint, and Cloud9.
- Exposure to communication archiving platforms such as Global Relay and Smarsh.




- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with platform monitoring, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform platform monitoring, health checks, and operational validation.
- Conduct system validation for Singapore and other regional environments.
- Provide production support for voice recording and communication archiving platforms.
- Monitor inbound communication feeds, including Email, WhatsApp, and Bloomberg.
- Support incident investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Maintain operational reports, system records, and support documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of production issues.
- Support daily operations and ensure platform availability and stability.
