Role Description The Voluntee role is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating community activities, supporting the planning and execution of events, and assisting with outreach to local partners and participants. The role involves maintaining clear documentation of ongoing projects, collecting feedback from stakeholders, and contributing to reports or presentations on program outcomes.

The Voluntee team member will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure initiatives run smoothly, respond to participant inquiries,



and help refine processes for better impact. This position requires consistent on-site presence to engage directly with the community and support operational needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate events and community activities, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site support.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to interact respectfully with diverse groups and document information clearly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
- Cooperative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in teams and build positive relationships with partners and participants.
