Job Summary

Sara Infotech is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the Voice Process. The selected candidates will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, communicate with customers professionally, address their queries, and maintain accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

- Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the concerned team.

- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.

- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any degree / 12th pass (based on project requirements).





- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good verbal communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
