About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Procurement Executive to join our team. The candidate will assist with electrical material procurement, vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders, and purchase documentation for our electrical service and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and coordinate with electrical vendors and suppliers.
- Understand purchase requirements for electrical materials and equipment.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
- Follow up on purchase orders, material availability, and deliveries.
- Learn to identify electrical products, components, and specifications.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation.




- Maintain vendor details and purchase records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement.

Eligibility and Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products and components is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel preferred.
- Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
