Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Outbound (US Process). The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements, provide suitable solutions, and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and assist them with product and service-related queries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely assistance.
- Promote existing and new product offerings through upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services,
features, and advantages.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and daily productivity goals.
- Prepare sales reports and track individual and team performance.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure effective customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, consulting, and presentation skills.

Work Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Week: 5 days a week
- Location: Andheri West – Link Road, Mumbai
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
