Dimag Marketing Agency is a forward-thinking digital growth and marketing solutions provider based in Whitefield, Bangalore. We manage high-impact campaigns and integrated tech stacks across diverse sectors, including healthcare and e-commerce. We are looking for an energetic, empathetic, and results-driven Voice Process Executive to join our remote team immediately.

Position Overview In this role, you will act as the primary voice bridge between our partner hospital/healthcare web portals and patients. Your main objective is to connect with prospective B2C customers who have items (medicines and healthcare products) sitting in their online carts, guide them through their purchase journey, address concerns, and help them successfully complete their checkout or order process.

Key Responsibilities

- Abandoned Cart Recovery: Outbound calling to patients and customers who left medicines or medical supplies in their online cart without checking out.

- Consultative Pitching: Understand customer requirements, answer basic product/order queries with empathy, and pitch the value of completing their health orders safely online.

- Order Conversion & Assistance: Guide customers step-by-step through the checkout process, payment gateways, or prescription upload procedures to finalize their orders.

- Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend related healthcare products, recurring refills,



or wellness essentials where applicable to drive cart value.

- CRM Logging: Accurately update call outcomes, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the internal CRM system.

- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly conversion targets, call-duration metrics, and order completion quotas.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in B2C voice process, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales (healthcare or e-commerce background preferred).

- Education: Minimum High School Diploma / PUC / Any Graduate.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional South Indian languages like Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is a strong plus).

- Empathy & Professionalism: High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to handle customer queries with care, especially in a healthcare context.

- Work From Home Setup: Must have a stable broadband internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a working headset.

- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
