About the Role

Join our international support team to assist US and UK customers with their queries through Voice and Live Chat. You will deliver effective solutions, maintain high quality standards, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist international customers via phone calls and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Log interaction details and track key metrics like resolution rate and satisfaction scores.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent spoken and written English skills (grammar, accent, and listening).
- Open to both Freshers with strong communication and Experienced BPO candidates.
- Comfortable working international rotational shifts.
