Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and live chat.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Update customer information and interactions in the system.

- Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.

- Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate candidates can apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Valuable English communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Ability to multitask between calls and chat conversations.

- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹29,500.00 per month
