We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer Cum Operator responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines. The candidate should have hands-on experience in VMC programming, machine setting, tool selection, drawing reading, and component machining. Knowledge of G-code, M-code, offsets, and machine troubleshooting is essential.
The candidate must ensure dimensional accuracy, maintain product quality, and follow production schedules and safety standards.
Key Skills:
- VMC programming and machine operation
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code
- Engineering drawing reading
- Tool setting, workpiece setting, and offset adjustment
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer
- Quality inspection and basic machine maintenance
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
