- Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain VMC machines for smooth production.
- Programming: Write and edit manual programs using Fanuc software.
- Blueprints: Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and tolerances.
- Inspection: Inspect parts using precision instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers).
- Process Knowledge: Apply a robust understanding of mechanical machining processes.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machining or programming problems independently.
- Safety: Strictly adhere to all workshop safety protocols.
