Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual KYC verification for solar loan applications.

- Verify customer documents through email communication.

- Ensure timely completion of KYC processes within specified TAT.

- Maintain accurate records of all KYC activities and updates.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies during the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in back office operations, preferably in a similar role.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
