4.Configuring Machine Includes Tooling, Fixtures & Workpieces To Ensure Accurage Production Runs

5.Adhere Safety Protocals, Maintain Equipments & Uphold Cleanliness Standards In Work Place.

6.Manpower Handling

1. Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.
2. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.
3. Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.
4. Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.
5. Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.
6. Responsible for plant 5S.
7. Responsible for program development for new products on CNC & VMC.
8. Estimating cycle time for recent development.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
