- Candidates should possess expertise in Window Displays and in-store visual merchandising to design, install, and maintain creative, brand-aligned presentations.
- Relevant experience in fashion or textile retail visual merchandising is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and spatial planning abilities are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanchipuram, manage time efficiently, and adapt to fast-paced retail environments.
- Basic knowledge of design tools or visual planning software is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is desirable.
