About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Visual Lead to shape how our brand and products look, move, and communicate. You’ll work across UI/UX, graphic design, video, motion, branding, and AI, while leading a small creative team.

This is a role for someone who can go from idea → art direction → design → execution → final polish without losing the bigger picture.

What you’ll own

- Visual Direction - Set the creative direction across product, marketing, and brand. Turn briefs into strong concepts and compelling visual stories.

- UI/UX - UI/UX is a core part of this role. Figma should be your right hand for designing interfaces, systems, components, and digital experiences.

- Graphics, Video & Motion - Be hands-on with Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the broader creative toolkit.

- Art Direction & Taste - Bring a strong eye for typography, composition, imagery, layout, motion, and aesthetics. Know what makes something feel polished, intentional, and modern.

- AI & New-Age Creative Tools - Stay ahead of the rapidly evolving generative AI space and actively experiment with tools like Kling, Seedance, Nano Banana, Veo, and what comes next.

- Team Leadership - Review work, give meaningful feedback,



mentor designers and editors, and help build a team that consistently delivers at a high creative standard.

- Collaboration & Ownership - Work closely with Product, Marketing, Content, and Engineering. Ask the right questions, solve problems proactively, and own projects from brief to delivery.

What you bring

- Strong foundation in UI/UX and visual design
- Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking
- Robust art direction and design taste
- Advanced working knowledge of Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience across graphic, video, motion, and digital design
- Curiosity and practical experience with generative AI
- A strong, diverse portfolio showing range, craft, and hands-on execution
- Ability to move between different creative disciplines without losing quality
- A mindset of making, experimenting, and continuously improving

We’re not looking for someone who only knows how to manage a creative team.

We’re looking for someone who can lead the room and still open Figma, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects and make the work themselves.
