About the Role

Fable Digital Media is looking for a creative Visual Designer who understands how to stop the scroll. In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand narratives and marketing campaigns into high-converting visual content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just design static layouts, but understands feed aesthetics, social storytelling, hooks, and platform-native visual formats.

Key Responsibilities

Feed & Story Creatives: Design high-impact static posts, multi-slide carousels, infographics, and interactive story assets tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Short-Form Content & Motion Assets: Design title cards, thumbnails, motion overlays, and visual hooks for Reels, Shorts, and video campaigns.

Brand Consistency: Adapt and maintain each client's visual identity, typography rules, and color palettes across daily social media output.

Trend & Meme Jacking: Stay ahead of social media design trends, viral formats, and UI patterns to produce timely, culturally relevant creative content.

Creative Collaboration:



Work closely with copywriters and content strategists to brainstorm campaign concepts and turn raw copy into engaging visual layouts.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience designing social media creatives and digital ad campaigns within an agency or fast-paced brand environment.

Software Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (CorelDRAW is a plus).

Motion Basics (Bonus): Basic working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut for lightweight animations and dynamic reel edits.

Design Fundamentals: Solid command over digital typography, negative space, visual hierarchy, and color theory.

Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of platform-specific aspect ratios, grid systems, safe zones, and export optimization for mobile screens.

Portfolio: A portfolio link showcasing real-world social media campaigns, carousels, ad creatives, and digital graphics.
