- Job Title: Visa Counsellor

Job Summary Gaurakshi Placement & Consultancy is sharing a vacancy for a Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa application procedures, documentation, and immigration-related services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of visa processes for different countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel clients regarding visa categories, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
- Provide information about student, tourist, visitor, and other relevant visa types.
- Assist clients with documentation, application forms, and supporting documents.
- Guide students regarding study-abroad opportunities and admission-related procedures, if applicable.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Track application status and update clients on progress.
- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and country-specific requirements.




- Maintain client records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with universities, immigration teams, and relevant authorities as required.
- Provide professional customer service and ensure explicit communication with clients.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in visa counselling or immigration services is preferred.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling.
