We are hiring 5 experienced Visa Executives who have practical knowledge of visa documentation, application processing, embassy requirements, and visa procedures for different countries.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling visa applications for travel agents, individual customers, and corporate clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Process visa applications for various countries, including tourist, business, and other applicable visa categories.
- Verify passports, application forms, photographs, bank statements, financial documents, and supporting paperwork.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, embassy guidelines, documentation checklists, and application procedures.
- Prepare and review visa documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Coordinate with clients, B2B travel agents, corporate customers, and internal teams regarding visa requirements and pending documents.




- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients and business partners.
- Identify missing or incorrect documents and follow up with applicants to resolve discrepancies.
- Handle multiple visa applications while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of applications, documentation, and client communications.
- Provide skilled customer support and help resolve visa-related queries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
