Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and detail-focused Visa Counsellor to guide clients through visa application procedures. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing information about visa categories, assisting with documentation, and ensuring a smooth application process while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding tourist, visitor, student, business, and other relevant visa categories.
- Understand client profiles and explain applicable eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, application procedures, and estimated processing timelines.
- Guide clients in collecting, preparing, and verifying the required documents.
- Assist clients with visa application forms, online submissions, appointment scheduling, and application tracking.
- Handle client inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and existing customers to ensure timely service and conversion.
- Maintain accurate client records, application status reports, and documentation files.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy requirements, and immigration policy changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries and application-related issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Meet assigned counselling, follow-up, and sales targets, where applicable.
- Provide honest and accurate information without guaranteeing visa approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in visa counselling, immigration consultancy, travel consultancy, or visa processing is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures.
- Strong customer-handling, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and online application portals.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of clients counselled.
- Timely and accurate completion of visa documentation.
- Lead follow-up and client conversion rate, where applicable.
- Customer satisfaction and query resolution.
- Accuracy of records and application tracking.
- Achievement of assigned monthly targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, professional in communication, and capable of managing client expectations effectively. Experience with specific country visa processes will be an added advantage. Note: Visa approval is subject to the decision of the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
