Role Description The Visa Consultant role is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara, Gujarat.

The Visa

Consultant will counsel clients on suitable study, visitor, work, and immigration options based on their profiles and goals, and guide them through the end-to-end visa process. Daily responsibilities include conducting eligibility assessments, explaining visa requirements, preparing and reviewing documentation, filling and submitting applications, and tracking application status. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with universities or agencies as needed,



and keeping up to date with changes in immigration regulations and policies.

The Visa

Consultant will also provide clear communication to clients and families, manage appointments, and support outreach or information sessions as required.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of immigration issues and immigration pathways for major study and work destinations.
- Hands-on experience handling various visa categories, including study visas, visitor visas, and work visas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex visa requirements in a clear and respectful manner.
- Consulting skills to assess client profiles, recommend suitable options, and provide structured guidance throughout the process.
- Attention to detail in documentation review, application drafting, and compliance with immigration rules.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet timelines under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with basic office software and online application portals; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Previous experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or study abroad counseling is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certification in immigration or international education is a plus.
- Fluency in English and local languages (such as Hindi and Gujarati) to support diverse clients.
