The Visa Typist is responsible for preparing, typing, formatting, and processing visa application forms and related documentation accurately and efficiently. The role involves ensuring that applicant information is correctly entered, documents are properly organized, and applications are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the respective embassies, consulates, and visa authorities.

- Type and prepare visa application forms, cover letters, declarations, and other visa-related documents.

- Enter applicant details accurately based on passports, supporting documents, and information provided by clients.

- Verify the accuracy of names, passport numbers, dates, travel details, and other essential information.

- Review documents for completeness and identify missing or incorrect information.

- Prepare and organize supporting documents according to the requirements of the respective countries and visa categories.





- Maintain proper records of visa applications and update application status in the company's system or tracking sheet.

- Coordinate with visa executives and other team members to obtain the required information and documents.

- Make corrections and modifications to application forms as instructed by the concerned team.

- Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information and documents.

- Complete assigned work within the prescribed timelines and meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

- Stay updated on changes in visa application formats, documentation requirements, and processing procedures as communicated by the management.

- Perform other visa documentation and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
