Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships remotely, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, video calls, email, and digital channels.
- Generate leads and acquire current customers through virtual sales activities.
- Promote banking/financial products and services based on customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Provide timely solutions and support to customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduation mandatory.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
