Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Team Leader to oversee visa operations, supervise the processing team, and ensure the accurate and timely handling of visa applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of visa procedures, excellent leadership abilities, and the skills required to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily visa processing activities and manage the overall workflow of the team.
- Distribute applications among team members and monitor productivity and performance.
- Verify visa applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and processing of applications within defined quality standards.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, embassy guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Manage complex cases, resolve escalations, and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct quality checks to minimize documentation errors and application discrepancies.
- Coordinate with clients, embassies, consulates, VFS centres, and travel partners as required.
- Monitor application progress, follow up on pending cases, and maintain accurate records.




- Prepare and submit regular MIS reports and operational updates to management.
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor team performance against established KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, visa procedures, and data confidentiality standards.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of visa processing procedures and documentation.
- Understanding of embassy, consulate, and visa application centre operations.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple applications, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in visa processing, preferably with 3–5 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Experience handling tourist, business, student, family, and other visa categories will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with visa application portals, documentation systems, and reporting tools is preferred.
