We are looking for Virtual Relationship Managers to support customer relationships and promote suitable banking products and services. The role involves communicating with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and providing information about relevant banking solutions.
Freshers and candidates with relevant sales, telesales, or customer service experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant banking products and services.
- Provide information about banking services, cards, loans, and other financial products.
- Identify suitable opportunities to promote additional banking products.
- Respond to customer queries and assist with resolving complaints.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers and support customer retention.
- Work towards assigned sales and service targets.
- Follow applicable banking procedures and documentation requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream except B.Tech/BE.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi is compulsory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
