Role Description The Videographer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases the company’s products, solutions, projects, and brand stories across digital and offline channels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing shooting plans, operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage in industrial and corporate environments,



and coordinating with marketing and technical teams to translate complex coating solutions into clear visual narratives. The role also involves editing raw footage into polished videos, adding basic graphics, sound, and captions, and organizing media assets for future use. The Videographer will support campaign launches, customer presentations, social media content, and internal communications while maintaining brand guidelines and safety standards at all shooting locations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and basic editing for marketing and corporate communications.
- Proficient Camera Operation and handling of different Camera types used for professional video shoots.
- Hands-on experience with Lighting setup and control to ensure explicit, high-quality visuals in varied environments.
- Practical experience in Shooting Video in industrial, outdoor, and corporate settings while following safety protocols.
- Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams and convert technical concepts into engaging visual content.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media studies, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort with on-site shoots at industrial locations and willingness to travel to project sites when required.
