ABOUT THE ROLE

Maximaaz Studios is looking for a videographer who will work directly under the creative direction of our founder. This is not a freelance gig or a shoot-and-disappear role. You will be embedded in the agency, learning a very specific visual language built for Goa’s F&B; and hospitality world — and you will be expected to absorb, adapt, and grow into it.

The right person is someone who has taste, has some foundation, and is hungry to be shaped by a serious creative environment. We move quick, we hold a high bar, and we need someone who can command a shoot floor — not blend into the background.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle photo and video shoots for F&B; and hospitality clients across Goa — from intimate restaurant coverage to large-scale events.

- Work directly with the Creative Director on every shoot, taking direction precisely and executing it with confidence.

• Manage the shoot floor — briefing and coordinating stylists, assistants, and client contacts on location.

- Maintain equipment, prep shot lists, and ensure every shoot day runs efficiently.
- Deliver raw footage and selects to the editing team with proper organisation and handover notes.




- Grow over time into a shooter who can independently lead shoots within the Maximaaz visual framework.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong portfolio — we care more about what you’ve shot than where you studied. Show us food, ambience, people.

- Comfort with camera systems — Sony mirrorless preferred, but what matters is your eye, not the brand on your body.

• Presence and communication. You will be on location with clients, staff, and talent. You need to be able to hold a room without being abrasive.

- Someone who takes direction well but is not a pushover. We need you to be able to get the best out of people on set — politely, but firmly.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude on shoot days — non-negotiable.
- Flexibility to shoot across times, including evenings and weekends when events demand it.

• Goa-based or willing to relocate. Shoots happen across the state.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

- ₹40,000 – 45,000/month depending on experience.
