Sage Media is a digital marketing agency in Jaipur looking after around 50 brands across F&B;, fashion, hospitality and D2C. We plan and shoot their content, from campaign photos to Instagram reels, and run their social media.

About the role

We're hiring a full-time, salaried Videographer for our in-house team in Jaipur. This is not a freelance or per-shoot role. You'll shoot for our client brands across fashion, jewellery, F&B; and lifestyle, and most of what you shoot will become Instagram reels. Your footage goes to our editing team, so it needs to be well lit, well framed and planned for the edit.

Responsibilities

- Shoot brand videos, product videos and Instagram reels at client stores, cafes, studios and outdoor locations in and around Jaipur.
- Plan shoots with the creative and social media teams: shot lists, angles, transitions and hooks for reels.
- Light and shoot fashion and jewellery so fabric, shine and detail look right on camera.
- Shoot food and drink content for F&B; brands.
- Direct models and talent on set for movement and expression.
- Record clean audio for talking-head and interview pieces.
- Back up, label and hand over footage to the editors after every shoot.
- Look after the camera, lenses, lights and gimbal.

Requirements
- 2+ years of skilled videography experience,



ideally for brands or at an agency.
- A showreel or portfolio with brand shoots and reels you shot yourself (mandatory).
- Confident with mirrorless or cinema cameras (Sony, Canon, Panasonic or similar), gimbals and basic lighting setups.
- A strong sense of framing, movement and lighting for vertical (9:16) video.
- You know what makes a reel work: the hook, the pace and current formats.
- Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate, and comfortable working on-site and on location.

Nice-to-haves
- Basic editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut for quick turnarounds.
- Photography skills for stills on shoot days.
- Experience with macro product, jewellery or food videography.
- Drone experience.
- Your own kit (not required).

Working hours On-site at our Jaipur office, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Shoot days can have different timings.
