Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished, engaging video content for TVCs, product films, social impact campaigns, and cross-platform brand projects. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and editing video assets, applying color correction and grading, integrating motion graphics and basic visual effects, and ensuring each edit aligns with brand guidelines and creative direction.

The role involves collaborating closely with directors, producers, and designers, refining edits based on feedback, and preparing final deliverables for various digital and broadcast formats. This is a full-time,



hybrid role based in Thane, with flexibility for some work-from-home as project needs allow.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain consistent visual tone and quality across different projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid understanding of sound design basics, file formats, codecs, and export settings for digital and broadcast platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant commercial, campaign, or brand work; experience with social impact or purpose-driven content is an advantage.
- Relevant education in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
