Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into engaging video content for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a creative mindset, understand current video trends, and know how to create videos that capture attention and communicate a brand’s message effectively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, social media posts, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Turn raw footage into engaging videos with smooth cuts, transitions, suitable music, sound effects, and subtitles.
- Develop creative editing styles that match each client’s brand and target audience.
- Add text, titles, motion graphics, animations, and other visual elements wherever required.
- Perform basic to advanced color correction and color grading to maintain video quality and consistency.
- Understand project briefs and work closely with the content, social media, and marketing teams.
- Suggest creative ideas, editing styles, hooks, and visual storytelling techniques to make videos more engaging.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, transitions, and editing techniques.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines,



and make revisions based on feedback.
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final exports properly.
- Maintain high-quality output while ensuring consistency across different client projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good knowledge of video editing and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Understanding of video pacing, transitions, audio synchronization, subtitles, and music selection.
- Knowledge of color correction, color grading, motion graphics, and basic graphic design.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to video content.
- Understanding of social media content formats and audience engagement.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to accept feedback, make revisions, and work collaboratively with a team.
- Good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work are preferred.
