About the Role

Marketing Eraa is looking for a creative Video Editor to produce engaging Instagram Reels, Meta ad creatives, YouTube videos, and other social media content. This role primarily involves editing supplied footage, with occasional video shoots.

We value strong storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to turn a creative brief into polished videos that capture attention and communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and advertising campaigns.
- Create compelling opening hooks, engaging pacing, and clear narratives.
- Add captions, motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
- Handle audio cleanup, sound design, music selection, and colour grading.
- Create thumbnails and supporting graphics.
- Adapt videos to different platform formats and dimensions.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve editing quality and efficiency.
- Assist with occasional video shoots and basic camera handling.
- Incorporate feedback, organise project files, and meet agreed deadlines.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of qualified video editing experience preferred. Candidates with fewer years and an excellent portfolio are welcome to apply.




- Previous experience as a video editor at a marketing agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in professional editing software; any software is acceptable if you can deliver high-quality work.
- Skills in motion graphics, storytelling, sound design, colour grading, and thumbnail creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in video production and editing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with the team.
- A portfolio demonstrating your editing skills across social content, ad creatives, and long-form videos.
- Must own and bring a laptop suitable for professional video editing.
- Must be available to work from our Rohini Sector 1 office during the stated schedule.

Selection Process Portfolio review, followed by a short editing test and an interview.
