About the Role

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking AI Video Editor with 2 to 3 years of hands-on video editing experience and a deep passion for emerging AI technologies. In this role, you will combine traditional video editing techniques with cutting-edge AI generation and editing tools to produce high-performing, visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- AI-Assisted Video Production: Source, generate, and edit visual assets using generative AI tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, AI voiceover, and AI motion tracking).
- End-to-End Editing: Assemble raw footage into polished long-form and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos, and ads) with precise pacing, color grading, sound design, and typography.
- Workflow Optimization: Build and refine creative workflows using AI tools to significantly reduce production timelines while maintaining high visual quality.
- Prompt Engineering: Write, test, and iterate prompts across various generative AI platforms to produce specific styles, visual effects, and scenes.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to turn creative briefs and storyboards into engaging visual concepts.




- Asset & Style Management: Maintain consistent brand identity, voice, and aesthetic across all generated content.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2–3 years of professional video editing experience (agency, in-house, or high-volume content creator environment).
- Core Editing Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Generative AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with up-to-date AI video generation and enhancement tools (e.g., Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Pika Labs, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Topaz Video AI, Descript, or HeyGen).
- Creative Eye: Strong sense of timing, pacing, composition, color theory, and audio integration.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt quickly to evolving AI tools and troubleshoot prompt outputs to achieve desired visual outcomes.
- Portfolio: A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating strong editing skills, creative storytelling, and explicit examples of AI-assisted video or visual generation.

Nice-to-Have

- Knowledge of 3D rendering or basic animation tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Familiarity with Python, ComfyUI, or custom visual nodes for advanced AI pipelines.
- Understanding of social media trends, viral content formats, and platform-specific performance metrics.
