About the Role

Ideamint is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, video editing, motion graphics, and digital-first content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and brand films.
- Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects.
- Produce Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos.
- Handle colour correction, sound design, audio synchronisation, and post-production.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and social media teams to execute campaign concepts.
- Adapt videos for different platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
- Ensure high-quality output while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Stay updated with editing trends, AI tools,



and emerging creative technologies.

Required Skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Advanced proficiency.
- Adobe After Effects – Strong motion graphics and animation skills.
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – Working knowledge.
- DaVinci Resolve – Added advantage.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and composition.
- Knowledge of colour grading, sound design, and video export formats.
- Experience creating social media content and digital advertising creatives.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative or advertising agency.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visual content.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Updated portfolio or showreel demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills.
