Position: Video Editing Executive

Location: Gurugram (On-site), India

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: 3-5 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 5 Days (Alternate Saturday working)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor with a strong creative eye and execution ability to produce engaging, high-quality video content across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and delivering content that aligns with brand storytelling and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand creative briefs
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, style, and visual storytelling




- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, formats, and editing styles

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in video editing/post-production
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred)
- Adobe After Effects
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Strong understanding of video formats, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace
- Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have Prior experience working with marketing or creative agencies

Experience in editing reels, ads, and performance marketing videos

Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content formats
