Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, in office position based in Kolkata.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, editing video content for various digital platforms, and ensuring a polished, cohesive final product aligned with brand guidelines. Daily tasks include selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, performing basic color correction,



and integrating graphics or motion elements where needed. The role also involves collaborating with content creators and marketing team members to understand project objectives, maintaining organized project files, and meeting deadlines for multiple simultaneous assignments.

Qualifications

- Strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including experience with professional editing software.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual quality and mood across projects.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics for intros, overlays, and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Understanding of digital content formats and social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams on-site in Kolkata.
- Prior experience in a content, media, or consulting environment will be an advantage.
