Video Editor Beauty & Personal Care 3+ Years - Faridabad

We are looking for a hands-on Video Editor with strong post-production skills and experience in short-form, product, campaign, educational, or narrative content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in footage selection, storytelling, pacing, sound editing, subtitles, and platform-specific video formats. Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer brands will be an advantage, along with strong attention to product accuracy and file management.

Responsibilities

1. Ingesting, backing up, labelling, and organising footage, audio, scripts, and project files using a consistent folder structure.
2. Reviewing footage, selecting the strongest takes, and building assemblies aligned with approved scripts and director notes.
3. Editing videos for storytelling, pacing, product visibility, continuity, and audience engagement across platforms.
4. Cleaning and balancing audio, incorporating approved music, and creating accurate subtitles and captions.
5. Coordinating graphics, product supers, thumbnails, and other visual inputs with clear timecodes and version notes.
6. Creating platform-specific aspect-ratio versions and checking exports for technical quality and accuracy.
7. Maintaining organised project files, final exports, and searchable archives with clear version control.
8. Incorporating creative feedback and revisions while ensuring approved product information and script intent are maintained.

Requirements

1. Demonstrable experience in video editing and post-production, supported by a portfolio or showreel highlighting personal editing contributions.
2. Experience with short-form, product, educational, campaign, or narrative content; beauty and personal-care exposure is an advantage.




3. Strong command of skilled video editing workflows, timelines, audio, proxies, exports, and file organisation.
4. Proficiency in pacing, take selection, continuity, sound balancing, subtitles, and multi-format video delivery.
5. Ability to manage multiple edits, revisions, aspect ratios, and version-control requirements.
6. Strong attention to detail, collaborative working skills, and respect for approved scripts and product claims.
7. A specific degree or formal qualification is not mandatory where practical editing skills and portfolio demonstrate capability.
