Role Description

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and AI-savvy Video Editor, Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage our end-to-end digital content production and social media presence.

This is a completely remote, work-from-home position. The candidate will be responsible for producing engaging real estate videos, creating original content, developing voiceovers, managing social media platforms, tracking real estate news and trends, and increasing audience engagement and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate should combine solid video editing and storytelling skills with content writing, confident Hindi verbal communication, AI-powered production techniques, and the ability to independently manage social media from planning to publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing & Production
- Edit high-quality property showcase videos, promotional videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other marketing content.
- Handle end-to-end post-production, including footage organization, sequencing, transitions, sound design, colour correction, and colour grading.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated titles, subtitles, property highlights, price overlays, and branded visual elements.
- Develop compelling video stories showcasing property features, amenities, locations, and investment potential.
- Voiceovers & Content Creation
- Record clear, engaging, and professional voiceovers for property videos, promotional campaigns, and educational content.
- Create original content ideas, video scripts, captions, hooks,



and storytelling concepts tailored to real estate audiences.
- Communicate property information in an engaging, audience-friendly manner.
- Demonstrate strong verbal communication in Hindi and the ability to create or adapt content for Hindi-speaking audiences.
- AI-Powered Video Production
- Use AI tools to improve production speed, creativity, and overall output quality.
- Leverage AI for video generation, motion graphics, visual enhancement, subtitles, voice cleanup, scriptwriting, and content repurposing.
- Experiment with emerging AI video and marketing tools to create high-quality content efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive editing and content production tasks without compromising quality.
- Complete Social Media Management
- Independently manage the company's social media content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan content calendars and manage the complete workflow, from ideation and production to publishing.
- Create and publish Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, Shorts, and other platform-specific content.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, descriptions, and relevant hashtags.
- Monitor comments, audience interactions, trending formats, and content performance.
- Track engagement, reach, watch time, follower growth, and other relevant metrics to continuously improve results.
- Real Estate News & Trend Research
- Regularly research Bengaluru real estate news, market developments, property launches, infrastructure updates, metro expansions, and investment trends.
- Identify trending real estate topics and convert them into timely, engaging social media content.
- Monitor competitor content, emerging trends, and successful content formats.
- Verify information using credible sources before publishing news or market-related claims.
- Collaboration & Delivery




- Coordinate remotely with the sales and marketing teams to understand project briefs and campaign objectives.
- Maintain an organized digital library of raw footage, project assets, edited videos, graphics, and published content.
- Follow brand guidelines, maintain consistent visual quality, and meet agreed deadlines.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and communicate progress, challenges, and creative ideas effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong proficiency in video editing and end-to-end post-production.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to record confident, clear, and engaging voiceovers.
- Strong content creation, scriptwriting, and storytelling skills.
- Good verbal communication in Hindi; knowledge of English is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for video production, content creation, and marketing.
- Experience managing social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, and engagement growth.
- Ability to research real estate news and convert it into engaging digital content.
- Solid organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and consistently deliver quality output.

Preferred: Previous experience in real estate, property marketing, digital marketing, or social media management. A portfolio of edited videos, Reels, voiceovers, and social media campaigns is highly desirable.
