Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a VP Engineering who is passionate about building products from 0 to 1 and scaling them into robust, enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, and technology leadership.
- Proven experience building products from scratch and scaling them for multiple enterprise customers.
- Strong expertise in B2B SaaS, multi-tenant platforms, and enterprise product architecture.
- Experience building and scaling engineering teams, managing 10+ engineers or multiple engineering teams.
- Prior experience in startups or product companies with a team size of approximately 200300 employees or fewer.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs,



distributed systems, security, and DevOps.
- Experience defining and executing engineering strategy, technology roadmaps, and product vision.
- Proven experience driving AI adoption within engineering to improve productivity, automation, and product capabilities.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to collaborate with Product, Business, and enterprise stakeholders.

Preferred Domain Experience: US Mortgage Technology, Lending, Banking, FinTech, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Mortgage Servicing, or Financial Services SaaS.
