We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Compositor to join our E-learning team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, compositing, motion graphics, and AI-powered tools to create engaging, high-quality educational videos and digital learning content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging educational videos and e-learning modules.
- Perform video compositing, transitions, colour correction, audio synchronisation, and visual enhancement.
- Create motion graphics, titles, animations, and visual effects to improve learning experiences.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, content developers, and the e-learning team to meet project requirements.
- Use AI-powered video editing and content creation tools to improve efficiency and explore creative possibilities.
- Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, audio, and visual presentation.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver edited content within deadlines.
- Review and revise videos based on feedback from the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in video editing and compositing is preferred; freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio may also apply.
- Good knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
- Understanding of compositing, motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and colour correction.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video editing, animation, voiceovers, subtitles, or content creation.
- Basic understanding of audio editing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and willingness to learn recent technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating educational videos, explainer videos, tutorials, or digital learning content.
- Knowledge of animation, green-screen compositing, and advanced visual effects.
- Familiarity with AI-based video generation and workflow automation tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating video editing, compositing, or motion graphics skills.
