About the Role

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can create engaging video content and visually appealing graphics for digital marketing, social media, branding, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, good design skills, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and company presentations.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, product videos, corporate videos, and other digital content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content requirements and deliver videos within deadlines.

Graphic Designing
- Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional creatives.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop thumbnails, ad creatives, presentation designs, and other digital assets.
- Assist in creating branding materials and campaign-specific graphics.
- Stay updated with current design trends and social media creative formats.

General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain quality,



consistency, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.
- Organize project files and maintain a library of creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and social media content formats.
- Ability to create engaging and platform-specific visual content.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and AI-assisted creative tools.
- Understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
