What You'll Bring Required

•15+ years in IT consulting and professional services, with at least 10 years leading work in the Salesforce ecosystem.

•5+ years in a senior practice leadership role (VP, Senior Director or Partner level) at a systems integrator or technology consulting firm.•Deep functional and technical command of Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing, Sales and Service Cloud, and emerging Agentforce/AI capabilities with the credibility to challenge an architecture in a client room.•Demonstrated P&L; ownership: multi-million dollar revenue responsibility, margin and utilisation management, and a track record of winning enterprise-scale deals.

•Hands-on experience running and optimising global delivery models across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams, including governance, staffing pyramids and quality assurance.

•Strong pre-sales muscle — solution shaping, effort estimation, SOW construction, commercial structuring and executive-level pitching.•Exceptional executive presence: explicit, persuasive communication and negotiation with CIOs, CROs, CFOs and their leadership teams.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

What You'll Bring — Preferred

•Active Salesforce certifications — Application Architect, System Architect, Revenue Cloud / CPQ Specialist, or senior cloud consultant credentials.•Experience delivering multi-cloud and multi-platform programmes, including Salesforce integrations with ERP, billing and finance systems.

•Prior experience building a practice from a small team into a large, multi-geography delivery organisation.

•Exposure to managed services / AMS commercial models alongside project-based delivery.

•MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

Eligibility / Qualification

15+ years total professional experience with 10+ years directly relevant to the Salesforce ecosystem, including 5+ years in senior practice or delivery leadership at a systems integrator.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA and active Salesforce architect-level certifications strongly preferred. Must be comfortable operating across global time zones and travelling for client engagements as needed.
