Leadership Opportunity | Vice President – F&A; Operations | Insurance

We are seeking a F&A; Operations leader to lead a significant Insurance Finance & Accounting portfolio , with end-to-end ownership across business performance, P&L;, client relationships and delivery excellence for a service-based organisation based in Delhi/NCR.

This is a high-impact leadership mandate for a qualified who will over substantial share of global Insurance F&A; operations portfolio from India, driving delivery excellence, P&L; growth, client advocacy, and AI-led digital transformation.

Responsibilities

- Own the strategy, P&L;, revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational performance of a large Insurance F&A; portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end F&A; operations across R2R, O2C, P2P, GL, AP/AR, Financial Close & Consolidation, FP&A; and Management Reporting.
- Drive Insurance finance capabilities across Premium Accounting, Claims Accounting, Reinsurance Accounting and Statutory Reporting.
- Lead senior client engagement, driving growth, retention, and strategic expansion.




- Lead AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strengthen operating models through process standardization, global delivery optimization, continuous improvement, and technology-led transformation.
- Build and develop a strong leadership bench and high performing F&A; teams.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 18 years of leadership experience across F&A; Operations, BPM, IT Services, or Insurance, with significant large-scale operations exposure.
- Solid command of R2R, O2C, P2P, GL, Financial Close, Consolidation and FP&A.;
- Proven P&L; and large-scale operations leadership experience.
- Strong CXO/CFO engagement and business growth track record.
- Experience driving AI, automation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
- Experience leading large, distributed F&A; operations team.
