About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Vendor Sourcing Specialist to identify, approach, and build relationships with potential vendors and data providers.

The role involves sourcing relevant vendors, communicating with external partners, understanding requirements, negotiating and coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement of required data and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source potential vendors, data providers, and business partners.
- Reach out to vendors through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.
- Communicate requirements clearly and coordinate with vendors for timely fulfilment.
- Negotiate with vendors to support cost-effective and efficient sourcing.
- Conduct discussions and business meetings with potential vendors and partners.
- Research and identify new vendor opportunities based on business requirements.
- Maintain proper records of vendor interactions, discussions, and sourcing activities.
- Follow up with vendors regularly and track ongoing requirements.




- Coordinate with internal teams to understand requirements and ensure smooth vendor onboarding and procurement.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor sourcing and engagement processes.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with strong communication, convincing, negotiation, coordination, sales, marketing, or relationship-building skills will be preferred.
