Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Degree / Graduate / Master’s or equivalent

Computer Skills: MS Excel and ERP

Industry Preference: Sand Casting / Foundry Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a quality-focused Engineer – QC with experience in the sand casting industry. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting cast components, coordinating with vendors, monitoring casting quality, and maintaining quality reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform visual inspection of cast components in the foundry.
- Pattern Shop Experience advantage
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quality requirements and inspection findings.
- Understand pattern and core-making processes.
- Develop knowledge of sand casting processes and common casting defects.




- Prepare and maintain casting inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Ensure cast components meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of casting inspection and foundry quality practices.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
