Job Summary

We are looking for a Supplier Engineering Coordinator for a market-leading automotive company. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely submission of drawings, technical documents, project updates, and engineering deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal engineering teams for project activities.
- Follow up with vendors for timely submission of engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Track supplier deliverables, project milestones, and pending activities.
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and regular status reports.
- Coordinate engineering review meetings and monitor action-item closures.
- Support drawing reviews, PPAP documentation, and engineering release activities.




- Identify delays or technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure smooth communication between suppliers and cross-functional departments.

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in automotive engineering or vendor coordination.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Robust vendor follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter / PLM systems is preferred.
- Exposure to automotive product development and suspension components will be an advantage.
