About Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Integration Engineer to support the development and integration of vehicle systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and structural components within the vehicle while meeting performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability targets.

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate vehicle-level integration activities across multiple engineering domains including chassis, powertrain, battery systems, body, plastics, and electrical systems.

- Develop and maintain vehicle packaging layouts, ensuring component fitment and compliance with design requirements.

- Identify and resolve packaging, interface, and integration issues during the product development cycle.

- Collaborate with design, CAE, manufacturing, quality,



and supplier teams to achieve project milestones.

- Conduct vehicle-level design reviews and support engineering change management activities.

- Prepare and review 3D CAD models, assembly structures, and engineering drawings.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and vehicle performance requirements.

- Support prototype builds, vehicle assembly, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for component integration and issue resolution.

- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely closure of integration-related concerns.
